BlueCollar Terms & Subscription Policy
Effective date: July 21, 2026
These terms govern use of BlueCollar, including owner accounts, company workspaces, trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and account deletion.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you create an account for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and manage the workspace on that organization’s behalf.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
The owner is responsible for account credentials, workspace settings, authorized users, and activity performed through the company workspace. Owners must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, promptly remove access that is no longer authorized, and notify ATCODE LLC of suspected unauthorized use.
Owners control manager and employee access. Deleting a company workspace affects all associated owner, manager, employee, customer, job, message, photo, and operational records.
3. Permitted use
BlueCollar may be used for lawful business operations. You may not use it to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, gain unauthorized access, harass others, send unlawful communications, misrepresent identity or authority, or interfere with the service.
4. Trials, promotional access, and subscriptions
BlueCollar may offer a free trial, promotional code, or other limited access. Eligibility, duration, and restrictions may vary. Unless clearly stated otherwise, a paid subscription automatically renews at the interval and price shown during checkout until canceled.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. ATCODE LLC does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes. Taxes may be added when required. Promotional access has no cash value and may be limited or withdrawn if obtained through misuse.
5. Canceling future payments
A company owner may schedule cancellation through the in-app Account & Billing controls when available or by contacting atcodellchelp@outlook.com from the owner account email.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. It does not normally end access immediately or provide a prorated refund for unused time. The company may continue using BlueCollar through the period already paid for, unless access is restricted for security, abuse, chargeback, legal, or policy reasons.
The owner may reverse a scheduled cancellation before the paid period ends when reactivation is available. After the subscription has fully ended, a new subscription may be required.
6. Suspension and reactivation after cancellation
When the paid billing period ends without renewal, the workspace may be suspended or limited. During suspension:
- No new recurring charge is made unless the owner reactivates or starts a new subscription.
- The owner may contact support or use an available reactivation option to restore service.
- After a subscription has fully ended, a new subscription may be required.
- Ordinary subscription cancellation does not, by itself, request permanent deletion.
7. Data retention after cancellation
ATCODE LLC may retain a suspended workspace and its operational information to support reactivation, customer support, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate recordkeeping. Canceling automatic renewal alone does not schedule permanent deletion.
ATCODE LLC may retain limited information required for tax, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. Retained information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
8. Direct account deletion
An owner may initiate permanent deletion from within BlueCollar or submit a request to support. A direct deletion request cancels future renewal and schedules deletion for the entire company workspace after the current paid-access period plus a 30-day recovery period. If no paid period remains, the recovery period generally begins when the verified request is processed. Because deletion affects associated users and business records, ATCODE LLC may require identity and authority verification.
The owner may cancel a pending deletion request before deletion begins. Canceling the deletion request does not automatically restore automatic renewal; renewal must be reactivated separately when available. When the scheduled deletion date arrives and the request remains active, permanent deletion cannot be reversed.
9. Refunds and billing disputes
Except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout, payments are nonrefundable and cancellation applies to future renewals. Contact support promptly about duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or billing errors. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in restricted access while the matter is investigated.
10. User content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ATCODE LLC and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content solely as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve BlueCollar. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit customer information, photos, messages, and other content.
11. Third-party services
BlueCollar relies on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Apple, Expo, and hosting providers. Their availability and terms may affect BlueCollar. ATCODE LLC is not responsible for third-party outages or conduct outside its reasonable control.
12. Service availability and changes
We work to keep BlueCollar available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. We may perform maintenance or suspend access to protect users, data, or the service.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
BlueCollar is a business-operations tool and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It does not replace professional legal, tax, payroll, safety, accounting, or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for business decisions, employment practices, customer communications, job-site safety, and compliance.
To the extent permitted by law, ATCODE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from use of BlueCollar. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the amount paid to ATCODE LLC for BlueCollar during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
ATCODE LLC may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, nonpayment, abuse, or conduct that threatens users or the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as BlueCollar changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
