BlueCollar Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 22, 2026
This policy explains how ATCODE LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes information when people use the BlueCollar mobile application, related customer portals, websites, and support services.
1. Information we collect
Account and company information
We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, account roles, login credentials in protected form, and profile or company settings.
Customer and job information
Users may enter customer names, phone numbers, service addresses, job descriptions, dates, times, schedules, assignments, notes, materials, status updates, arrival and departure records, completion records, portal requests, and related operational information.
User content and communications
BlueCollar may process job photos, company logos, messages, reports, support requests, and other files or content submitted by owners, managers, employees, or customers.
Subscription and transaction information
We may receive subscription status, plan, trial status, current billing-period dates, cancellation status, transaction identifiers, and related billing events from our payment provider. ATCODE LLC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Technical and security information
Our service providers may process internet protocol addresses, device and browser information, timestamps, authentication events, error records, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Policy acceptance records
When an owner creates an account, or when an invited manager or employee first signs in, BlueCollar may require the user to review and accept the current Terms & Subscription Policy and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. We may record the authenticated user identifier, account role, policy version, and acceptance timestamp to document that agreement.
2. How we use information
- Provide account creation, authentication, and role-based access.
- Store and synchronize jobs, customers, schedules, assignments, messages, photos, and company settings.
- Provide customer portals and service-related communications.
- Process subscription status, trials, cancellations, and access to paid features.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Protect users, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve reliability and functionality based on operational feedback.
3. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to operate BlueCollar, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction involving ATCODE LLC. Service providers may include:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend services.
- Stripe for subscription checkout, payment processing, and subscription management.
- Twilio when text-message features are used.
- Apple and Expo for app distribution, build, and platform services.
- Other hosting, security, communications, or support providers used to maintain the service.
These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Business account responsibilities
BlueCollar is designed for organizations managing field-service operations. A company account owner or administrator controls much of the information entered by that company and may grant access to managers, employees, and customers. Companies are responsible for entering information lawfully, providing required notices, obtaining appropriate permissions, and limiting access appropriately.
5. Subscription cancellation, retention, and deletion
Cancellation of future renewals
When a company owner cancels automatic renewal, future billing is scheduled to stop at the end of the current paid billing period. The workspace remains available through the end of that already-paid period unless access must be restricted for security, abuse, chargeback, legal, or policy reasons. Canceling automatic renewal by itself does not request or schedule permanent workspace deletion.
After the paid period ends
After paid access ends, the workspace may be suspended or limited. ATCODE LLC may retain workspace information to support reactivation, customer support, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate recordkeeping. No new recurring charge is made unless the owner affirmatively reactivates or starts a new subscription.
Direct account-deletion requests and recovery period
An owner may request permanent deletion from the BlueCollar app or contact atcodellchelp@outlook.com. A direct deletion request also cancels future subscription renewal and schedules deletion after the current paid-access period plus a 30-day recovery period. If no paid period remains, the recovery period generally begins when the verified request is processed. During the pending period, the owner may cancel the deletion request before deletion begins. Canceling a deletion request does not automatically restore automatic renewal.
Permanent workspace deletion
When the scheduled deletion date arrives and the deletion request remains active, ATCODE LLC will permanently delete or anonymize the company workspace and associated owner, manager, employee, customer, job, message, photo, and related operational data. Limited information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Data export
Owners should export or copy information they need before the scheduled deletion date. Once permanent deletion is completed, deleted workspace data cannot be recovered.
6. Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law and your relationship to a BlueCollar business account, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Contact atcodellchelp@outlook.com. We may verify identity, account ownership, and authority before acting. Employees and customers may also need to contact the company that controls their BlueCollar workspace.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Users should protect passwords, limit account access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity.
8. Children’s privacy
BlueCollar is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization.
9. United States operations
ATCODE LLC is based in San Antonio, Texas, United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when BlueCollar’s features, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
